Keep upgrading your qualifications and make the most of all relevant training opportunities.
2. Maintain high ethical standards and a good work output
Be honest and helpful in all your work.
People who get things done quickly and efficiently are the ones that get reputations for being good workers.
Be conscientious, reliable and loyal.
3. Take on new responsibilities when they become available
If you are asked to carry out new tasks, show you are willing and accept responsibilities.
Be prepared to make firm decisions, even if some are unpopular at the time. Consider all aspects of the subject and be fair and decisive.
