          There is nothing like a smile and the use of a few simple words if you want a successful career.

          The ability to ask simple questions and to make the time to listen carefully can make a big difference.

* The five most important words – “You did a great job!”

 *  The four most important words – “What do you think?”

*  The three most important words – “Could you please…..”

* The two most important words – “Thank you.”

*  The most important words –  “We.”  and the least important “I”.

          These statements can make such a difference, but you must keep using them. And don’t forget that happy smile!
