Organising Your WORK 

With a little effort, you can reduce your stress, make your work more fun and enjoy being a leader.

          Make an effort plan, delegate and relax on the job.

A Handful of Tips on ways to better organise your work

* Prioritise your tasks

          Spend more time planning your work and your leisure.

          Plan tomorrow’s tasks today.

* Don’t procrastinate

          Learn to make decisions quickly. As soon as you have the facts – act!

          Meet deadlines early.

* Relieve pressure

Q         When you have done a good job take a break or reward yourself in some way.

          Only work hard for limited periods.  Make sure you take relaxing breaks.  

* Be moderate in all things

          Set aside times each week for leisure, for family time and for things you enjoy doing.

          Try not to take work home.

          Plan thinking times. Learn to turn off your cell phone from time to time.

          Enjoy your job, the company of your team and try to make your work fun!
