ACTION PLANS
Action plans to get things done
The first step to succeed in your career, or in a business, is make a plan setting out the goals and how they are to be achieved.
If an organisation plans to initiate a project or make changes , the best way to get people to accept them is to involve them at the planning and discussion stages.
A Handful of Tips to get things done

Try to forecast when you hope to reach your objective.
Set down the conditions and assumptions under which the work will be done.

Budget your time and financial costs.
How much time will be needed for the various tasks?

Make up a list of possible events that might occur.
- A plan is not a static thing
Changes must be made if conditions change.
Make sudden changes if and when it is required, but be prepared.
