* Increase the numbers

       Keep seeking new clients. Your best and cheapest advertising is by word of month. The more satisfied clients you have, the more new clients you will get.

* Try to increase the frequency of customer transactions

       Aim to add additional services to help satisfy the needs of your customers.

* Increase the value of each sale or service

       This is best done by reducing the costs of your inputs.

* Improve your systems

       Training your people better, delegating tasks to front line staff can all play a part.
