* Set goals
Make sure your people know what is expected of them and explain the possible rewards for their achievements.
* Build confidence
Graduated step by step experiences will build people’s confidence.
Ask powerful questions.
Get people to reflect, analysis and explore their own thoughts and ideas.
Challenge groups to recommend solutions to problems, then seek the best solution.
Listen hard to their answers.
* Give constructive criticism
Any criticism should be helpful and constructive and given in a non- threatening manner.
* Reward achievements
Rewards from learning should be more earnings.
* Use new skills as soon as possible
New skills must be put into practise soon after they are learned or people become frustrated.
Encourage with praise, build confidence with graduated experiences. Give honest and constructive feedbacks.
