        You must identify what they need and wants.

        Aim to sell benefits not products!

        Keep you message simple, brief and  make actions required simple, easy to read and to carry out.

* First do your homework

       Learn as much as possible about your product, or service.

        How does it differ from its competitors? 

        Next research the market. Analyse potential customers, their wants and their needs.

* Get attention

        “Cut your energy bills in half!”

* Stimulate the reader interest

       Our new energy/solar heater have a new revolutionary design. They are very reasonable priced. They burn waste material such as junk mail and plastic bags and they use solar energy.”

* Develop a desire for your product

Aim for a response.

“To help save the planet I would like you to have one.  Many famous people now own one.”

* Encourage action

       Send us your email address and our representative  will make contact with you for an appointment.  This is a wonderful new machine!

        It’s cheap and easy to run, saving you both time and money. It will pay for its  self within  three months. What have you got to lose?
