Improving MORALE – Rolling On 31

Improving MORALE  –

          The morale of many workers, in many countries is low at present, especially in my home city, Wellington, New Zealand.

        High morale is so important. It has been claimed to be the lifeblood of successful organizations.

        Most people are under stress as they have a limited amount of time to cope with their daily tasks, their family life, the health situation, and electronic pressures.

A Handful of Tips to help you improve your morale

* Listen to scientific experts, not to fear mongers

         For peace of mind, ration your time.

        Make time to think rationally, plan, and dream.

        Plan each day’s activities in advance.

* Keep both body and mind active

       Keep fit, look after your body, have regular check-ups, eat healthy foods and take regular exercises.

        Try to continuously upgrade your skills and keep training in new areas of work.

* Accept responsibilities

        Set high standards and aim to challenge yourself.

        Take on new responsibilities.

        Learn from your mistakes – it’s rare to be successful without failures.

* Don’t procrastinate

        The longer you put off decisions the harder they become and lower your morale.

        Make your mantra .”Do it now!” “Do it now!”

* “Do unto others as they would do unto you

             This golden rule is a key to your success and your morale.
