Don’t be in a hurry, take the time to chat and listen to people.
When a topic is controversial, don’t jump to conclusions – hear the speaker out first before making a decision.
A Handful of Tips to help you succeed
* Make the time
Time is what we want most, but we use it worst.
You can often save much time if you take the time to chat.
Don’t hurry, take the time to talk to others, listen carefully – you can learn a lot. This can often save mistakes and can save you time later on.
* Use basic questions
Keep your questions simple. Ask one at a time and never answer your own question – this is a no…no!
* Consult others
Wisdom is attained by learning to ask questions and knowing when to hold one’s tongue.
* Listen with care
Concentrate. Learn to listen. Opportunity sometimes knocks very softly.
If you want people to like you, listen to them. Make them feel important
A good listener is a silent flatterer.
* Take care what you say
Here are some words that can make such a difference, but you must keep using them.
The most important words you can use to get along with others.
The five most important words; “You did a great job!”
The four most important words; “What do you think?”
The three most important words; “Could you please…..”
The two most important words; are “Thank you.”
The most important word is; “We.” and the least important is “I”.
Good leaders are word wise, and poor leaders are otherwise.
