Morale is the lifeblood of a successful organization.
Moral will be strong when you are;

Make time to listen to their thoughts and ideas.
Show appreciation for jobs well done,
* Not too much pressure
Let people have time to think, plan and dream.
Encourage staff to plan each day’s activities in advance.
When mistakes are made don’t complain. People know when they have done wrong. We learn best from our mistakes.
Give your teams full encouragement and support.
Get people to identify the most productive hours of their working day and see if they can use them for their higher priority tasks.
Continuously upgrade their skills and keep training your people in new areas of work.
Challenge them to take on new tasks.
